Morton Plant North Bay Hospital SHARE Program Focuses on Older Adults Living Healthy|
NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla., (October 18, 2012) -- Morton Plant North Bay Hospital continues to offer free health education and resources to the senior community. To promote healthy living and encourage older adults take an active role in managing their health, the SHARE: Seniors Health Awareness Resources and Education health seminars focuses on preventive health care, wellness and safety for seniors.
The monthly health seminars will include presentations, interactive activities and question and answer sessions. Blood pressure screenings will be provided to participants at each seminar. All seminars will be held at Morton Plant North Bay Hospital, 6600 Madison Street, New Port Richey, FL.
