2011 Press Releases
Morton Plant Mease's Month of the Woman Focuses on Women's Health Events
04/19/2011

CLEARWATER, Fla., (April 19, 2011) - In celebration of National Women's Health Week in May and to promote the importance of a woman's well being, Morton Plant Mease Health Care is celebrating Month of the Woman by providing a variety of seminars and workshops throughout May. National Women's Health Week kicks off on Mother's Day, May 8, 2011.

"Women often serve as the caregivers for their families and many tend to put the needs of their spouses, children, and parents before their own and as a result, their own health and well being become secondary," said Marcia Albanese, Morton Plant Mease director of women's services. "We hope these interactive and informative seminars help women make their own health a priority too."

Space for seminars and workshops are limited and reservations are required. For reservations or more information, please call (727) 940-2776.
