529 Education Plan:  Save for your child’s future college education through a convenient, payroll deduction plan.

Adoption Assistance:  Financial assistance for team members who incur expenses to legally adopt a child.

Child Care: On-site child development center for team members’ children.

Credit Unions: In general, credit unions offer no membership fees, lower interest loans, free or low-cost account services and more personalized service than regular banking institutions.

Direct Deposit:  A fast, safe, convenient and automatic way for team members to get paid.

Emergency Financial Assistance:  An emergency care fund is available to qualifying team members who are facing a financial hardship. Funds are donated from the generosity of other team members and the Morton Plant Mease Foundation.

Employee Assistance Programs (EAP):  Confidential assistance for general, family or work-related problems.

Employee Health:  Free annual flu shots for all team members based on availability. TB screenings and other immunizations are available for clinical team members.

Free Parking:  Always free to all team members.

Pastoral Care:  Our Pastoral Care Department seeks to meet the spiritual and emotional needs of patients, families and staff.

Professional Development:  A variety of free professional training and development courses are available through BayCare Education.

Reward and Recognition:  A spontaneous recognition program allows team members to be recognized for excellent customer service and extraordinary performance.

Sick Child Care:  On-site child care is available to meet your needs when your children are too sick for school.

Target Health:  Team members can receive reimbursements for expenses of approved health improvement programs.

Team Member Services:  Team members receive discounts to a variety of events, programs and area attractions.

Tenure Recognition:  After the completion of five years of service and every fifth year thereafter, team members are honored at a special luncheon.

Tuition Assistance:  A competitive tuition assistance program for approved courses is available. Levels of funding depend on the number of hours worked.
