Work/Life Balance

We know that you are not only a future health care professional – you are also a parent, grandparent, son or daughter, bicyclist, artist, and member of your community. That’s why we created work/life programs to help you balance the things that are important to you.

We offer flexible scheduling to help you work when it’s best for you. Our paid time-off plan gives you the flexibility to choose your days off – whether for vacation, sick time or personal reasons. We have a child care center and offer sick-child care programs staffed by our own pediatric nurses so you can keep your youngest loved ones close to you.

Being part of our team also means you are part of our family. Taking care of family – at home or at work – is important to everyone at Morton Plant Mease Health Care.

Tuition Assistance

Continued learning is the key to advancing your career and meeting your full potential as an important member of our organization and community. Morton Plant Mease offers a tuition assistance program for both part-time and full-time team members.
