As a Wellness Center member, you will receive upon joining:

• Medical History and Lifestyle Review
• Comprehensive fitness evaluation with a certified Personal Trainer
• Submaximal VO2 Test, hand grip test, flexibility test*
• Body composition evaluation, body girth measurements*
• Muscular endurance test*
• One-on-one exercise prescription
• Supervised cardiovascular endurance training on equipment
• Individualized strength training program on equipment
• Aerobics, step, specialty and group exercise classes
• Monitored fitness floor
• Access to both centers in Clearwater and Palm Harbor as well as the Carillon Wellness Center in St. Petersburg
