Visiting Hours

General visiting hours are 10am to 8pm, seven days a week. The Maternity Center welcomes visitors from 9am to 8pm, seven days a week. If our visiting hours do not fit into your schedule, we can make exceptions. Please talk to a nurse for more information.

Visiting Hours For Special Units
Visitors to the Intensive Care Unit, Coronary Care Unit and Cardiac Surgical Unit are welcome 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Caregiver Hours
If you wish to take an active role in your loved one's care, special caregiver hours can be arranged. Please talk to a nurse for more information.

Visitor Guidelines
• No more than 2 visitors at a time.
• Visitors should not give patients food or drink from outside the hospital without first checking with a nurse. (A patient may be on special dietary restrictions.)
• Morton Plant Hospital is a tobacco-free campus. No smoking or tobacco use is permitted on property by team members, physicians, patients, visitors, volunteers or vendors.
• Those who have a cold or the flu should refrain from visiting.
