What is Medi-Chair Transportation?

Medi-Chair transportation is a safe and cost-effective alternative to the high cost of non-emergency ambulance transportation.  This mode of transportation is suitable for clients who are stable and can transport comfortably at a sitting angle no lower than 30 degrees.  Each Medi-Chair transport is equipped with specialized equipment and is staffed by a state certified emergency medical technician (EMT).

What is Ambulatory Transportation?

Ambulatory transportation requires that the patient to be transported has the ability to walk unassisted.
